Canara Offline OTP 1.32

This method offers a secure and practical approach to generating OTPs for financial transaction authentication, particularly beneficial for NRI customers and frequent travelers. To enroll for Canara offline OTP, please adhere to these straightforward registration steps within Canara Bank Internet Banking:

1. Login to your Internet Banking
2. Visit the Pay & Transfer tab and navigate to the ‘OFFLINE OTP’ section
3. Alternatively, look up the OFFLINE OTP option in the Internet Banking Search Menu
4. Choose the Register/De-register option, then click on Register -> Confirm, to display your 16-Digit Activation Code on the Internet Banking screen

To proceed:

• In the Google Play Store, locate and download the Canara OTP App. Enter your Customer ID and click Submit. The App will automatically fetch the 16-Digit Activation Code.
• An SMS will be sent from your selected SIM for validation; please confirm using the registered mobile number
• Press the back button twice after sending the SMS to return to the app. Set your new 5-digit passcode to conclude the one-time registration for the App

Follow these steps for financial transactions:

• Login to your Internet Banking---> Pay and transfer--> Fund Transfer---> Transfer Money---> Choose within bank/Other bank---> Select beneficiary---> Select Amount/Pay-via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS and purpose---> Enter Transaction Password and 9-digit OTP from Canara OTP App---> Submit
• After validation, your transaction will be successful

• Offline OTP feature is exclusively available post-login, not applicable for actions like forgot user ID or password recovery
• To deregister, access the de-register option on the login/passcode entry screen of the mobile app, ensuring online status for deactivation completion. Alternatively, de-register from Internet Banking by going to "Pay & Transfer>> Offline OTP" if facing internet connectivity challenges.
